Shipping & Returns

We at House of Blendz Ltd. do our very best to have the ordered items shipped out in a timely fashion Orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 1-14 business days for delivery depending on your location from our office (Scarborough, Ontario, Canada).


Please note that the delivery dates for shipments to the USA and internationally can be delayed due to customs regulations. Therefore, delivery dates to the USA and internationally are approximations that do not include delays due to customs.

You will receive a tracking # so please be sure to provide a valid email address.

Due to the Federal Tobacco Act (Sec. 13(1)), we cannot ship Tobacco to consumers in other provinces in Canada. If you have any questions/concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping cost estimates:

Please use the Shipping Module tool in your Shopping Cart to calculate the costs and delivery times for each shipping option. The finalized charges will appear in step 2 and 4 of the checkout. These costs are calculated based on the product selection and your shipping address.


Delivery details:

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select.

Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, They will leave you a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order.


Returns/Delays:
Due to health concerns, we are unable to receive returned items that have been used. We will gladly accept items that are new and unused.

If an unforeseen delay does occur in your order, you will be notified via email as to the cause of the delay and when you should expect to receive your order, or if the order has been cancelled. If an order is cancelled you will be informed as to why the cancellation occurred and your money refunded.

Sales Tax Within Canada:

The Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 5% is collected on all orders. If you live in the provinces of British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland & Labrador, then we must collect the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) instead of the GST. Note: Manitoba residents must pay both the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and the GST. Please see table below for the breakdown of the taxes associated with your province:
